Contracts Manager — Atlanta, GA. This position will be responsible for oversight of commercial and federal contracts for a variety of clients such as the US Army, US Army Corps of Engineers and EPA.  Experience must include:

  • 10 years of Federal Government Contracts and/or Procurement experience require
  • Extensive knowledge of Govt. procurement regulations including FAR and Agency specific FAR
  • Excellent skills and broad knowledge base in procurement policy and procedures, internal and external client relations, negotiations, proposal pricing and cost estimating
  • Ability to apply experience based knowledge in a policy setting and compliance work environment
  • A strong knowledge of federal and state and local contracting, bidding, source selection, and procurement laws and regulations
  • Strong knowledge of contract law
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted audit standards and federal cost principles
  • Strong financial, pricing, and business management skills
  • BS in Business, Finance or Related Field

Environmental Scientist/Geologist/Technician — Marietta, OH. KEMRON Environmental Services, Inc., has positions available for entry and staff level environmental professionals to support projects managed from our Marietta, OH office.  Professional positions require a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science discipline, with 2 to 5 years of applied environmental experience preferred.  Excellent writing and communication skills with broad based regulatory knowledge, including RCRA, CERCLA, UST experience preferred.  Environmental Technician positions require minimum 2 year degree or equivalent experience, including UST, remediation systems Operation and Maintenance, and field sampling.  Must have current valid driver’s license and meet medical and drug screening criteria. Environmental Engineer/Scientist — Chicago, IL . KEMRON, an established national environmental remediation firm located in north suburban Chicago, seeks professionals with 5-12 years experience in environmental investigations, remediation, site assessments, Brownfields, and long-term O&M. Applicants must have strong writing and communication skills as well as knowledge of CERCLA and other Federal and State environmental regulations. Management of commercial projects and business development experience also desired. Professional certificates/licenses and ability to bring in new work a plus. Minimum BA/BS degree. Field Cost Accountant — Atlanta, GA. KEMRON is seeking candidates with previous FCA experience or an accounting background to act as the Field Cost Accountant. The position performs general clerical duties in the field, such as maintaining site filing, data entry and cost tracking in support of long and short term projects under our EPA contracts. The person prepares contractor daily cost reports and coordinates the acquisition of pick-ups and deliveries of site materials and supplies, as well as the procurement of supplies and services required for site needs, including documentation and issues arising with subcontractors. Requirements include: ability to track and document site costs on a daily basis; must have a basic understanding of computer software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Etc.). Previous training with RCMS (Removal Cost Management Software) is a plus but not required. The candidate must possess strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. BS degree and/or accounting experience is a plus but not required. Position is a 100% traveling position. Must have valid driver’s license and pass drug test. EEO.
