KEMRON’s Marietta, Ohio office was once again recognized by the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation for exemplary safety performance. We received two awards for 2011: a 100% Award recognizing no accidents or incidents; and a Special Award for working from 10/10/2005 to 12/31/2011 with a total of 1,934,027 hours without accident or injury.

KEMRON-CMC Remediation Services, LLC Joint Venture Awarded Single Award Task Order Contract by the USACE Mobile District

Atlanta, GA (September 2011) – KEMRON-CMC Remediation Services, LLC, a Joint Venture between KEMRON Environmental Services, Inc. and CMC, Inc., have been awarded a multi-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) by the USACE Mobile District in support of EPA Superfund sites located within the South Atlantic Division (Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee and Florida).

KEMRON’s Marietta, Ohio operation recently received a 100% Group Award from Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation, along with a 2010 Special Award. The Special Award was a commendation for working 1,633,171 continuous hours without a lost time incident! The Atlanta, Georgia operation was also the recipient of a safety award. They received a Georgia Department of Labor Award of Excellence in Recognition of Exceptional Workplace Safety in 2010.

KEMRON and partner UXB International awarded Worldwide Environmental Remediation Services (WERS) contract.

For this $6.6 million, performance based task order, KEMRON will provide investigation and remediation services at 13 sites on this 8,200 acre Army installation – seven sites under the Installation Restoration Program (IRP) and six sites under the Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP). The five-year task order was solicited under KEMRON’s contract with the US Army Environmental Command (USAEC) through the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (ACSIM).
